
Tiffany is a seasoned technology leader with 23 years of experience across multiple industries, including finance, retail, and food manufacturing. She began her 12-year career at Bank of America, transitioning from the business side to technology after six years. Tiffany then moved to Walmart’s Global Data Technology organization, where she led portfolio strategy, Data Governance and the transformation to Agile and Product. She continued her career at Lowe’s, overseeing cyber-security strategy, data governance, GRC and communications, while also championing women in technology through BRG and Women in Tech leadership roles. As Senior Director at Tyson Foods, Tiffany led IT applications, business engagement, and S4 & Product transformation teams, co-chairing the Women's Business Resource Group and leading Tyson’s Women in Technology group. Currently, Tiffany is the Head of Data Governance at Compass Digital, where she drives the transformation of enterprise data governance. A passionate advocate for women, she is also the founder and president of Women in Technology of Northwest Arkansas, a National non-profit, with chapters expanded all over the US, dedicated to empowering women in tech. Tiffany is an author, speaker, and advocate for change, using her strong people skills to inspire growth and leadership.

Claire Tomm is a product strategist and UX leader who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and community. She currently serves as Director of Product at Worthwhile, where she partners with startups and enterprise clients to build human-centered software and outcomes-based roadmaps that turn complex ideas into usable products.
With more than 20 years of experience across startups, in-house product teams, and enterprise consulting, Claire has guided innovation in industries from B2B SaaS and healthcare to consumer platforms. She is especially focused on the role of AI in product growth, helping business owners translate emerging technologies into usable, ethical solutions that ensure people benefit equitably from innovation.
Claire is the co-founder of Flourish, an AI-powered insights platform helping photographers grow their businesses, and a Certified Color in Space™ Consultant who creates intentional palettes for homes. She also serves as a Teaching Assistant for Maven’s Mastering UX for AI Applications course and mentors through Techstars, where she leads workshops on customer discovery and product-market fit.

Valerie knows what it's like to be the only woman in the room. She spent 20+ years in forges, nuclear plants, and energy infrastructure, environments where she often showed up in oversized safety boots stuffed with socks because they didn't make her size.
That experience shaped everything. She learned to earn trust through problem-solving, build fierce loyalty through competence, and see patterns others missed.
Today, Valerie is a Fractional COO helping industrial and energy companies identify their genius zone and build teams that scale. She holds an MBA and PMP certification and brings a unique dual French-American perspective to her work.

Mandi Ford Argo is a program strategist, facilitator, and leader with 15 years of experience supporting founders, building entrepreneurial ecosystems, and designing transformational programs. She currently serves as Chief of Staff and Accelerator Program Director at ACT House and works as a fractional Program Manager for leadership and entrepreneurship initiatives including LaunchPad, Rooted, and Build in Tulsa.
Mandi is also the founder of GenerationCEO, a youth entrepreneurship platform, and Binly, a local Tulsa-based small business. Through her consulting work at Aster Consulting, she partners with accelerators, nonprofits, and community organizations to launch high-impact programs—ranging from startup accelerators and pitch competitions to strategic planning retreats and entrepreneurship camps.

As Marketing Director at Tactical Electronics, she spent over a decade building the company's marketing operations, developing B2B and B2C strategies that reached elite tactical operators and military communities worldwide. She then transitioned to mission driven economic development and served as the Director of Marketing for the inTulsa Initiative at the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Addie led the marketing strategy for workforce development and economic growth initiatives, directed omnichannel campaigns, and managed a creative team. Today, Addie partners with brands as a strategic marketing consultant, delivering comprehensive marketing leadership that bridges strategy and execution. She specializes in repositioning brands, optimizing marketing tech stacks, building high-performing teams, and crafting campaigns that convert.

Livia Bellisario is a Program and Product Manager with nearly a decade of experience leading large-scale technology deployments, humanitarian operations, and DEI programs across government, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector.
At Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA), she manages social impact and grant-management initiatives, supporting tech accelerators and scholarship programs that empower underrepresented talent. An advocate for technology for good and social impact, she has partnered with private-sector corporate social responsibility (CSR) teams on initiatives designed to empower vulnerable communities. Among her key projects, she led the product development and launch of a $1.5 million AI crisis management tech platform sponsored by Google.org, bringing together over 80 partners worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies, UN agencies, and NGOs, to coordinate humanitarian response efforts.
Previously, Livia served as a Program Manager for the U.S. Department of State, where she led technology-transformation initiatives adopted globally. Building on her commitment to equity and inclusion, she is passionate about expanding education and career opportunities for women, refugees, and underrepresented communities through scholarships, tech certifications, and accelerators that drive systemic change.

Maria Kim is an experience designer and ecosystem builder who transforms how people discover their entrepreneurial potential. From co-managing Michelin-starred restaurants to designing innovation programs that have served 5,000+ founders, Maria brings systems thinking to human development.
At ACT House, she architected high-impact experiential learning programs—from innovation bootcamps to team hackathons—partnering with organizations like Black Ambition Prize, Georgia Tech, Deloitte, Google Tech Equity Collective, and Adidas. She helped develop assessment tools that unearth hidden insights about team collaboration, while running team design workshops at the University of Tulsa. Her work creating scalable systems for entrepreneurial mindset development naturally evolved into joining GenerationCEO as a co-founder, where she now applies these frameworks to youth programming.

Lori Morgan is a Senior Electrical & Controls Engineer for Kimberly Clark, with over a decade of engineering experience in the manufacturing industry. She began her career as an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician, becoming the first female to work in plant
maintenance at her facility, before advancing through engineering and leadership roles to become the first female Senior Electrical & Controls Engineer at her home plant. Today, she works across multiple manufacturing facilities supporting the development,
testing, and implementation of emerging technologies, helping bridge the gap between innovation and operational excellence through technical expertise, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. She is also a named inventor on a U.S. patent, reflecting her
passion for innovation and advancing technology within the manufacturing industry.
She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Engineering Leadership &
Management from The University of Oklahoma. As a first-generation college graduate, she understands firsthand the challenges that can accompany pursuing higher education and building a career in STEAM. Her educational journey reflects a belief that success is not determined by where you start, but by your willingness to continue
growing, learning, and showing up for your goals. She is passionate about serving as a role model for women+ and girls who aspire to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and leadership.
Outside of her professional career, she serves as the Event Committee Chair and Board Member for Women+ in Technology of Tulsa, where she helps create meaningful opportunities for women+ to learn, connect and lead. Having benefited from strong mentors and supportive communities throughout her own journey, she is passionate about paying that forward by helping other women+ recognize their potential and pursue ambitious goals. She believes that when women+ support one another, share knowledge, and open doors for those coming behind them, entire communities become
stronger. When she is not working, volunteering, or pursuing her Master’s Degree, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, cheering from the sidelines at youth sporting events, training for HYROX competitions, and staying active at Pure Barre South Tulsa.

Stacey Dirks is a SHRM-CP certified people leader with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of team building, strategic leadership, and relationship management. Most recently, she served as a Client Success Manager at inTulsa, where she helped connect talent to opportunity and supported Tulsa’s workforce growth through inclusive hiring and development initiatives.
Prior to joining the nonprofit sector, Stacey spent her career in multi-unit, large-volume retail, leading teams in complex, small-box environments across New York, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas. She brings a proven ability to foster collaboration across diverse groups, strengthen organizational relationships, and empower individuals to grow and succeed.
Driven by a belief in community, inclusion, and opportunity, Stacey is honored to serve on the Board of Women+ in Technology of Tulsa, where she supports the organization’s mission to connect, support, and inspire women in technology through mentorship, professional development, and strategic partnerships. She believes that when women are empowered to lead, the entire tech ecosystem becomes stronger and more innovative.
